Initial client briefing
An executive search consultant specialized in your industry, will meet with you to outline search requirements, timelines, future organizational strategy and mission, and to get an understanding of your corporate culture.
Market analysis & candidate profile
Before we start headhunting we will first provide you with a deep analysis of the market and create a compelling job profile for your review and approval.
The in-house executive search team researches and maps out comparable companies and systematically targets key talent from these firms, as well as other potential professionals across the globe.
All candidates are interviewed by one or more senior team members to explore their background, competencies and interest in the role. We also provide a complimentary psychometric assessment of shortlisted candidates which shows a clear, holistic image of that individual and digs deep into their leadership.
Offer & Negotiation
The executive search team is experienced in the mediation of job offers and assisting clients and candidates to reach a conclusion that works for all parties. A full client report will be shared with you at the end of the assignment.
The process doesn’t stop at headhunting. We work in collaboration with you to assist your new executive in crafting a plan to integrate into the business successfully. Also through the first 90 days, our consultants gather and share feedback on the first impressions the executive is creating during that time at your organization.
